Specifications
Panels
Door panels 1-3/4" thick. The exterior is clad with .062 gauge extruded aluminum. Over a laminated wood core. The interior surface is veneered with select quality white pine, ready for painting or staining.
Frame
Jambs, mulls and headers are manufactured of kiln dried A grade fir. Exterior surfaces are clad with .062 gauge extruded aluminum.
Clad Colors
Standard clad colors are white, bronze and tan.
Glazing
Panels are glazed with 1/2" tempered insulated clear glass. Tinted glass, Low-E, and internal mounting bars are available.
Weather-strip
All door panels are perimeter sealed with polyurethane foam core weather-stripping. Four-fin vinyl sweep is applied to the active panel.
Hinges
Three 4x4 Zinc-Chromate hinges are applied to door units. Four 4x4 Zinc-Chromate hinges are applied to 8' tall door units.
Sill
1-1/2" high-extruded aluminum mill finish threshold with urethane thermal break is standard. Sill is 5-5/8" wide. 7-1/2" sills are available for extended jamb widths. Anodized bronze finish is optional on all sills.
